Gameplay

Players begin with an introductory word (for example, "CAT").
To move to the target word (e.g., "DOG"), the player can modify one letter every round, ensuring that each intermediate word is legal. For example, CAT→ COT→ DOT→ DOG.
The goal is to reach the target word with the fewest number of steps or alterations.
