Hex Sense

Playing Hex Sense is a lot like playing the hexagonal grid puzzle game Minesweeper. The tips placed around potentially hazardous tiles can lead you to a place where you are safe to continue. Complete multiple distinct chapters with novel hazards and clues, such as new types of concealed perils and creative hint techniques that require players to think intelligently.

How To Play Hex Sense:

how to play Hex Sense

Each level in Hex Sense begins with a combination of open and closed tiles. To reach the Exit tile, you must avoid any tiles that could inflict harm. You must use logic, tips, and other helpful tools to complete this work, such as identifying safe paths and avoiding tiles marked with high danger numbers that indicate the presence of harmful tiles surrounding them. Most importantly, understand the significance of the numbers that indicate how many dangerous tiles surround the tile in that amount.

Movement:

  • Mochi can be directed to a tile by pointing, tapping, or clicking.
  • When you move to a closed tile, it will open, exposing what is within.
  • If that tile poses a risk, the game ends.
  • You can move freely between the open tiles.
  • You can only move to closed cells next to those you've previously opened.

Marking Cells:

  • Right-click or hold to mark a cell as hazardous.
  • Alternatively, click the flag button and then choose whatever cell you wish to mark.

Opening Cells:

  • You can use the Eye button to open a closed cell without walking into it.
  • Some levels require you to find the key to open the escape. The progress bar shows the number of safe cells you've opened. The more cells you uncover, the more stars you will receive. Opening all safe cells earns you three stars.

Tips: Hex Sense

  • Begin gently to understand how the game works.
  • Don't stop! Doing something more often improves them.
  • Be a positive person who follows the rules.
