What is Wortel?

Wortel is an intriguing and intellectually demanding word game that puts players' language skills to the test. The goal is simple: guess the concealed word within six attempts. To reveal the secret word from a pool of letters, players must use their vocabulary, strategic thinking, and sharp observation abilities. The goal is to make intelligent predictions while monitoring the color-changing tiles, which offer valuable feedback on the accuracy of each attempt.

How to Play Wortel.

Guess the Word: To begin the Wortel adventure, participants make their first guess at the concealed word. Participants have six chances to decipher the word, and the accuracy of their guesses determines their score.

Color-Coded Feedback: Following each guess, the game provides players with color-coded feedback to help them improve their next efforts. The tiles change color to show how accurate each letter in the guess is.

• Green indicates that the correct letter is in the right spot.
• Yellow: the correct letter, but in the wrong location.
• Red indicates an incorrect letter.

Strategic Guessing: As players receive feedback, they can utilize deductive reasoning and strategic guessing to make better decisions in future attempts. The idea is to narrow down the options and get closer to the hidden word.

Scoring and Bonus Points: The number of guesses you make determines how many points you receive. Players gain bonus points for answering the puzzle in fewer attempts, pushing them to improve their word-guessing abilities.
