Airportle

In Airportle, a game similar to the original Wordle, a three-letter IATA airport code is hidden each day. For example, LAX stands for Los Angeles and ORD stands for Chicago O'Hare. The player has five guesses to find the airport code. After the player's first guess, the letters they chose will be highlighted with one of three colors: green if the letter is correct and in the right place, yellow if it is in the airport code but in a different place, and gray if it does not appear in the code. If a player can't decode after six tries, they are out of the game for that day.

Due to how much the IATA codes overlap, this version of Wordle, which turns the five-letter task into a three-letter challenge, is actually quite hard. The airport needs to be on the official airport list of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Around the world, there are about 20,000 different airports, and each one has its own IATA code. Because of this, Airportle is hard, especially if you don't care about airports.

Airportle has only one daily quest, just like Wordle. If you have time to play a few more rounds, you can try the variations Taylordle, BRDL, and Sweardle. Wordle can be played in many languages.
